The final four of The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is tonight! One of the final four teams, Eberlein Drive is using Grip Spritz!

This is their furthest run since they made it to the finals in 2018, so this may be the difference!

We're kidding but we are so proud of the team for this run they're on for a million dollars and couldn't be happier to be part of their journey.

What is The Basketball Tournament (TBT)?

In 2014, Jonathan Mugar had an idea. What if anyone could form a basketball team and join a tournament to compete for $1,000,000?!

So he created The Basketball Tournament!

The Basketball Tournament (TBT)

It's grown each year. Today the field is made up of 64 different teams from across the US. Some teams are made up of overseas players, some are made up of alumni of big-time college basketball programs, and some are just a collection of friends!

The Basketball Tournament has featured players such as Brian Scalabrine, Jason Williams, Mike Bibby, Royal Ivey, Greg Oden, and Jimmer Fredette!

As it gained popularity, fans have loved to follow along with players they used to love watching play. Leading to the final four and championship being aired live on Fox Sports 1!

They wanted games to be fast-paced and entertaining, so they adopted their own style of rules! These include a combination of FIBA rules, NCAA women's and men's rules, and their famous "Elam Ending"!

Each game ends with a target score, meaning teams can win on a walk-off field goal, so every game can get crazy!

Eberlein Drive X Grip Spritz

Eberlein Drive doesn't follow the typical college basketball team alumni makeup. They're just a collection of friends on a team named after the street a handful of people involved grew up on!

Eberlein Drive at The Basketball Tournament

This is the eleventh year Eberlein Drive has been in the tournament. They've made it to the finals and the elite 8 once each, and two sweet 16 appearances. They're still dancing in the final four this year with a chance to advance tonight!

Eberlein Drive saw Grip Spritz on social media and figured it would be awesome to have something a little different than the other 63 teams!

No matter what level you're competing on, dusty courts are no fun. But, when you're playing for $1,000,000 any slip could be game-changing!

They had to make sure they had a leg up on the rest of the field, and they sure do with the Grip Spritz Traction Mat!
